Hi Team,
For a specific SAV role users, we want to provide access to specific category analytics reports. Currently we are adding the reports each time to the SAV role for them to gain access & every time manual intervention is needed to update their access post the analytics report is created. Is there an easy way to automatically assign the specific category analytics access to specific SAV roles?

Hello Sivagami,
You can use User Update Rules and or Technical rules, based on your requirement.
The rule will work when you run the user import this way you don't need Analytics in first place.
In the rule, you specify the condition and action you wish to accomplish.

I'm not sure if I understand the solution provided here. My requirement is to add a specific category analytics automatically to a Sav Role. How will technical rules help here when user updates are not specific to new analytics created with a specific category?

Currently there is no automated way of adding analytics to sav role and you can add this requirement in our idea portal for any potential product feature.

You can use owner functionality. And keep group requestable from sav4sav so anyone can request this is how you just need to map owner one time
