Sav Roles Not Assigning to user from Technical Rule while importing user

I have configured the Saviynt For Saviynt (from global configuration ) and I have Also created a technical Rule

Do we need to Run a job For user to get assigned based on rule

The SavforSav connection is made by enabling under global configuration , which JSON I need to share

Users are imported via CSV upload and triggering birthright via upload
