Out of Band detection: Add Access task request auto approved

Hello,

While testing the out of band detection feature 'Deprovision Access and Re-create Access request', we noticed that the new Add Access request created was auto approved.

We don't want it to be auto approved. The Add Access workflow is set in security system.

How to get the requests created by Out of Band detection to go for approvals?

Re-create Access request should follow regular workflow that is attached to respective Security System.

What is the request type when it re-created the request?

Grant Access request.

Did you have any condition in workflow to check type of access?

It should go to manager's approval followed by entitlement owner approval. But somehow it didn't.

Data issue caused the request to go for auto-approval.
