Hello,

We have a use case where we 7-8 technical rules with combination of 10-15 job codes attributes, and we want to assign dynamic value in Active directory extension attribute for these different technical rules.

For example:-

If SQL criteria in technical rule :-

SQL1:- JobCode IN ('002010', '002000', '002003', '003100', '002011', '009700', '002021', '002019', '003500', '002022', '002026', '002027', '002028', '002029', '002030', '002031', '009018')

Assign value ABC under extensionattribute21 in active directory

For SQL1, extensionattribute21 =ABC

For SQL2, extensionattribute21 =CDE

For SQL3, extensionattribute21 =XYZ

 Can someone assist?

Hi @rajindersingh87 ,

Are you looking for updating extensionattribute21 in AD based on the user's job code?

Because Technical Rule is used for provision birthright access/group to users and assigning values is not possible using technical rule.

Yes, I am looking for updating extensionattribute21 in AD based on the user's job code.

Adding conditions with 15-20 job codes in 7-8 different rules and using them in create or update connection jason is one way but it will create complexity in jason.

Any other approach for doing this?
