Hi,
We are facing an issue where Manager & other SAV roles are not being assigned automatically, where as End user SAV role being assigned all the time. Created a simple technical rule to assign manager SAV role if user statuskey is 1. But the rule is not assigning Manager SAV role in user profile.
Also, tried triggering user update rule and the rule has been triggered but no luck with SAV Role.
Can some one help with this issue?

Please verify entitlement type config at the endpoint and also cross verify add access json?
