SAV Role - Unable to view task details

We created ROLE_ADMIN_AUDIT_READONLY for the Internal Audit team to review and test Saviynt processes. This is a read only role.  When they try to view the task details, they receive an error message stating 'Operation Not Allowed'.  We have added Completed Tasks, and Pending Tasks features, but the same issue persists.

This is known issue validate in latest version 24.9, Please raise support ticket

Ok. Is it possible for them to view the task if I assign the role 'ROLE_ADMIN'? I currently have that role, and I am able to view the tasks without errors.
