We have the SuccessFactors as user source, the issue we are facing is on user termination
In SF when there is one employment/position then the termination is working, but when there is a conversion (contractor to employee) the user is showing up in termination and the same is happening when users one of the position is terminated and the other is active.

Please let us know how to get only the truly terminated users with out any position is active.
