SAP GRC successcriteria not matched

Hi, 

We are facing an error message "successcriteria not matched on the soap connector".

I added the soap request and the soap response for the createaccountjson.

The conf seems to be ok.

"SUCCESSMSG": "Body.GracIdmUsrAccsReqServicesResponse.MsgReturn.MsgType"},
"SUCCESSCRITERIA": "SUCCESSMSG=CORRECT",
