Hello,
We have configured salesforce connector with below configuration.
OBJECT_TO_BE_IMPORTED : Account,Profile,Group,PermissionSet,Role,Contact,PermissionSetLicense
After running an import 'PermissionSetLicense' entitlements has been imported in Saiviynt.
But now if we removed PermissionSetLicense from connector, after running full access import entitlement with type ;PermissionSetLicense' status is still active in Saviynt.
OBJECT_TO_BE_IMPORTED : Account,Profile,Group,PermissionSet,Role,Contact
Is it expected behavior in OOTB salesforce connector or is there any configuration available to make these entitlements inactive after import?
Thanks,
Deepali

You can inactive the entitlements and then run the import after updating the config to below
Saviynt will continue keeping the earlier imported entitlements, but will be set to inactive.
OBJECT_TO_BE_IMPORTED : Account,Profile,Group,PermissionSet,Role,Contact

OBJECT_TO_BE_IMPORTED : Account,Profile,Group,PermissionSet,Role,Contact
We have already tested this and after running full access import , entitlement with type 'PermissionSetLicense' status is still active in Saviynt.
Its not updating status to inactive even if entitlements are not part of import.

Have you set the 'PermissionSetLicense' entitlements to Inactive in saviynt manually before running the Job?
If not, please set these entitlement status to inactive manually in Saviynt and then execute the updated job. Next job run should not act upon the objects that are not included under OBJECT_TO_BE_IMPORTED.

Hi,
Can you please let us know if there is any configuration which will automatically mark entitlement status as inactive after import instead of manually updating status value?
Thanks,
Deepali
