Facing error during access import from Salesforce application with error : Cannot get property 'result' on null object

Any suggestions on the cause of this issue?

Can you check the logs to see the url being called and if we are getting any response. I am assuming this is a REST connector you are using. If so, can you Update ConfigJSON param in the REST connection with value {"showLogs":true} before running the job. 

This will print additional info in the logs and may help with troubleshooting the issue.
