Role Owner Certification - don't want Certifier Reviewing Own Access

Hi Team,

We have configured the Role Owner Certifications, is there any way to stop the certifier to certify his own access. We have unchecked the checkbox ALLOW SELF CERTIFICATION for role owner certificationbut the issue is certifier is not able to lock the certification, since the action is pending on his own access.

Without taking the actions on all the pending items, It is not allowing to lock the certification.

Please let me know if there any workaround for this.

Thanks

We have disabled the consult option as per business requirement.

This is consult for own access. Since you have unchecked, ALLOW SELF CERTIFICATION,

you will need to consult those item (own access) to someone else in order to lock the campaign.

Since we were not able to lock the certification, we have checked mark the option for ALLOW SELF CERTIFICATION.

We don't want to show the consult option to the certifier.

Once you enable above option, are you able to lock the campaign?

Yes, we are able to lock the certification, but the certifier is approving his own access as well.

Yes that's expected, if you don't want certifier to certify his own access then enable consult for own access. If this answers your question then please accept this as solution in order to close the thread.
