Role is going in composing state after creation of new role in EIC version 23.11

Hello,

We are creating new roles in EIC version 23.11

After creation, the new roles are going into composing state and does not come to active state even after many hours.

We have also checked the attached workflows in the global configurations and removed the attached workflows for testing.

Kindly help us to understand the reason for such behavior and what might be the possible solution to resolve this issue.

• Please check Roles - version tab. if roles are show sent for approval then status will not change 
• Update role status using enhanced Query 

Select rolekey as roles__primarykey, 1 as roles__status where role_name='ROLE'

We found the solution for the reported issue.

If the role is going into composing state even after adding the autoapproval workflow in the global configurations, please select and checked the below option under roles - 

Role modification auto approve
