Hi,
Can someone provide a high-level steps involved in getting the request for emergency access ID flow to work? I see few different posts on the forums, without any clean answers or documentation. We have a workflow configured and assigned to the security system (sap). We have udpated the connection type settings to allow for firefighter access. We have updated the 'FIREFIGHTERID_GRANT_ACCESS_JSON' and 'FIREFIGHTERID_REVOKE_ACCESS_JSON' for the SAP connection.
But when the request gets approved, it doesn't do anything. No tasks are generated, or no sessions are available for the end-user.

Hi @asp ,
Greetings,
Are you implementing the PAM set up for SAP application? Please elaborate on What is the business use case you're trying to achieve.
Also what documentation links are you refereeing for your use case.
Thanks,

How are you raising request ?

@asp please find the details if it helps :
1. Emergency access is requested using the Request Emergency Access IDs tile
2. After the request is approved, the requester can create a request for an Emergency Access session.
3. If the requested slot is available, the user can request for it. Otherwise, the user must request a different time slot. After the requested session time is elapsed, the password is reset and the user is logged out of the application.
4. For credential less Privileged Access Management (PAM) use case, specify the SNC set up details in the PNAME attribute of the FIREFIGHTERID_GRANT_ACCESS_JSON parameter, if you are requesting for a firefighter ID access. To revoke access, pass a blank value in the in the PNAME attribute of the FIREFIGHTERID_REVOKE_ACCESS_JSON parameter.
5. For credential PAM use case, reset the password in the FIREFIGHTERID_GRANT_ACCESS_JSON and the FIREFIGHTERID_REVOKE_ACCESS_JSON parameters to grant or revoke access.
