Custom Property Rename in ARS page

Hi, we are utilizing the feature in the global configurations > Request > Show User Attribute While Request. One of the attributes we are using is customproperty5.

However, when submitting the request, it is showing customproperty5 instead of the real name 'Business Code'.

Does anyone know which UI label should be updated/renamed from the UI branding page so that way the real attribute name is showing instead of customproperty5? I added screenshots. Hope this helps. pic2.pngpic1.png
