Request Approved status in Saviynt does not immediately sync to SNOW

Requests submitted from SaviyntApp in ServiceNow and later approved in Saviynt ARS. 

Even after provisioning tasks are completed the status in ServiceNow does not updated.

Is there any config to sync the ServiceNow request status immediately after provisioning task completed in Saviynt

Hi @ravikumarghr 

This could be a permission issue with the service account. Please check if the Service account has the below permissions assigned at SavRole. If not, Please assign them and validate the functionality after regenerating the Access and Refresh tokens
