Reporting about role request

Hi all,

I want to create a report that detects when someone requests a Role and the timeframe is 3 months or longer (90 days or longer).

Can someone give me some query advice?

That's right, I was referring to this topic.
However, this topic outputs a report with the username of the approver.
What I want to do is output a report with the username of the requestor.

The columns and so on can be the same.
