Rejection Email not being sent for account request

Hi,

I have created a very simple workflow which has an email template attached in rejection block. The Rejection email is sent out when the request is made for account+entitlement. But it is not being sent when only account is requested.

For testing purpose I have hardcoded my email id in TO of email template and in body also have hardcoded it to just sent out hello. Not using any binding variables.

There is not error in logs as well. Attaching the workflow snapshot.

Hi NM,

I discovered one thing , currently for AD we have chosen Create Task Action as Entitlements only. But when I remove that, then the rejection email gets triggered after rejecting the accounts also.

Note: The endpoint is of AD security system.

This is expected behavior please remove entitlementsOnly if you need email on remove account
