Reject functionality under Duplicate Identity Management dashboard

Hi Team,

Once all the potential duplicates associated with a primary record are rejected, the primary record is not displayed in the DIM page. But, whenever the next duplicate comes with respect to the Primary identity, the rejected duplicate is detected as active record and coming to the DIM page as duplicate record along with the latest record.

1. If 3 identities are there in DIM Page (Primary Identity, Duplicate1, Duplicate2) If we reject the Duplicate2, it will display under rejected records.

2. If we reject all two duplicates. the primary record is not displayed in the DIM page.

3. If we add one more duplicate user(Duplicate3) for the primary identity.  then again along with Duplicate3, Duplicate1 and Duplicate2 are coming in the next run.

Can anyone please suggest how we can add value to the previously rejected duplicates? ( like this is rejected in previous run)

Present unable to see Ignore option under DIM Page along with Reject and Analyze. Do we have this option or not in present version?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Padmavathi

I appreciate you reaching out to the Saviynt forums. It seems to be the current product behavior where it is not ignoring the previously rejected identities in the new dataset. However, we will replicate in the latest version and confirm.

If the behavior is same in the latest version, then an enhancement may be required for this functionality.
