We are trying to re-assign accounts that are attached to users that are marked 'Suspended From Import Service'. The documentation says we can remove the mappings or change the user the account is assigned to, but says we need a .SAV schema file, as well as a CSV. However, the link provided for the example isn't available. Does anyone know where we can find the example CSV and SAV files for this?

Reason this needs to be addressed is there was a bug that caused the system to think accounts were deleted multiple times and most users have 3 or more accounts showing as 'Suspended From Import Service' and these are filling up many of our analytics reports with noise.
