Hi Team,

We are getting "Error in getting Ticket Number. Response: null" during AD account update and Enable provisioning.

do you have some idea behind this error?

@sandeepverma can you please explain the integration that you have setup. 

 

Also can you add the logs here after adding the config {"showLogs":true}

Thank you all for your reply. The issue was due to the service now ticketing configuration.
