Primary Vendor Contact - Organizations

Hello,

I'm encountering an issue when uploading to Organizations to update/add the PRIMARYVENDORCONTACT field, we are uploading utilizing the userkey as the value however it does not appear to accept it nor does it accept the username.

Any thoughts or input is appreciated.
