Hello,

I'm aware of the OOTB user 'systemadmin' and that it is required in Saviynt to perform various service that aid in the function of the software. Is it possible to prevent the disablement of this user?

Many Thanks

Alex Terry

Admins by default have the capability to manage users including this OOTB Saviynt user - systemadmin. There is an other account as well - admin. You would have noticed it updating the user update history when users are updated via a job.

As far as I know, the only way is to prevent providing a lot of users access to the Admin roles that let's them manage users.

You can raise idea ticket for same.

from v23.12 you can’t reset password for systemadmin / support agent ids . You can submit ticket to disable ( disable account option also) also make user readonly
