Prerequisite for ldaps certificate import for AD

Hi Team,

I wanted to know if there any prerequisite steps required to be done for importing ldaps certificate to be used in AD connection.  Does Saviynt require any specific fields/format in ldaps certificate or any changes to be done in Saviynt for using the cert.

We previously had faced issues with AD connectivity and tickets #INC-xxxxxxxx and #INC-xxxxxxxx were raised for the same. Please let us know if any changes need to be done in the certificate or in Saviynt.

There is no pre-requisites. You can import .cer certificate from certificate management /connection.

Thank you for the response. Can you please let me know me if we need to restart all the services after importing a new AD certificate and updating it in the AD Connection?
