Pending tasks are not completing. WSRETRY job keeps running.

Hi Team,

We have one application of type ORACLE_DATABASE(DB) in the system.

Any user can raise a request to get the access for this application. Once the request is approved the task is created in the system. To complete the pending task we are running the provisioning job (WSRETRY)

When we run the WSRETRY job the pending tasks are not getting complete and also there is no error in the provisioning comments of the pending tasks.

Also, the provisoning job that we ran to complete the pending task using task ids keeps running forever.

Does anyone notice this kind of issue before? Any suggestions are really appreciated.

Can you run the job for 1 task and see if there are any provisioning errors.

Do you see any provisioning tries count at task level? Just want to understand if tasks are even getting picked up?

Also do you have any provisioning thresholds configured at respective endpoint level?

Like @SB suggested try with one task as filter and see if there is any errors you can see in logs
