Password for user, accounts on joining.

1. How can we create password for disconnected application,and send it to provisioner for provision the same in target endpoint.

2.Once identites created in saviynt can we send credentials to the users on thier joining day(i.e Startdate, not on create date), if yes where can I set this email template, and how to configure this.
