Ownership report / dashboard / overview from the user given to the manager

Hello,

Do you know how the user's manager can receive a report of all the ownership that the user has/had before it is transferred to him(manager) via Rule?

What I mean is that maybe there is a possibility for the manager to have an overview of each subordinate and which kind of ownership that subordinate has/had. Where can I get an overview of it as a manager? Or is there a possibility of creating it via Dashboard?

We have a business case where the Manager needs to receive in advance all the info about the employee before the employee leaves. And by ownership I mean: Entitlements, Roles, Rules, Security Systems, Groups etc.

• create analytics and enable archival so old ownership will be stored in archival.
• before employee leave send email also to manager week ago

when it comes to analytics I cannot trigger it per email which is why it becomes a bit complicated also is there some ownership table in Saviynt that I can use for mapping and getting all the ownerships?

So far I didn't understand how or where I as a manager can see which Rights my employees have...
