Operation Not Allowed Screen After Authorization (Okta first sign in)

Hi -

We are trying to redirect our users to a deep link in EIC:

https://tenant-name.saviyntcloud.com/ECMv6/request/applicationRequest?requestList=Recommended

When they access this, they are redirected to Okta seamlessly for SSO, which completes and brings them back to this screen and URL:

/ECM/login/unauthorized

Once they click the 'Home Page' button they click through to the deep link. This is a bad user experience. How do we remove the Operation Not Allowed interjection in the middle of the auth process?

If this helped you move forward, click 'Kudos'. If it solved your query, select 'Accept As Solution'.

Same behavior. We are seeing it for all URLs accessing Saviynt for the first time including all deep links. It does not appear to be related to the link but an overall behavior instead.

I think this issue is unique to v23.8 and the changes that were mentioned in the release notes to the logout URL SAML functionality.

We have opened a ticket on this issue and will come back to update.

No progress on ticket, but shifting from SSO config method pre v23.3 to the modern(new) SSO setup method has helped the issue. Marking as solution for now.
