Import Analytics V2 package (v23.8)

Hi, 

We are trying to import the analytics package to our PROD environment. but the import is getting failed i checked the logs its failing with error saying MYSQL syntax error. 

But when i am running the same in our DEV enviroment the analytics is running fine. Can anyone help me on this ?

Hello @rajat1996,

Can you please confirm if the Dev and the prod are on the same version, as i can see from the error that "{timeframe}" value is been passed statically, due to which it i failing.
Also share the analytics you are using.
