Hi,
I got the below error in the screenshot when trying to request access for a new account to a user from ARS. Do you have any idea when this error would come? and how to avoid this

What is account name rule for application ?
Does application account for user is inactive ?
Under Endpoints -> Turn off option "Disable New Account Request If Account Already Exists"
