Need help in configuring SFTP Connector

Hello All,

We have setup SFTP connector within MyAccess QA environment.

I would appreciate some help completing the setup.

Steps completed:

1. Download Jar connector

2. Upload Jar connector into Saviynt

3. Restart the application

4. Create a Custom Query Job or Execute Extension Queries type of job trigger

5. Open firewall

6. Create a connection

Now I`m stuck in AccountEntImport JSON. In my connection, JSON tab with the same name is not available. And I`m stuck in JSON given in the document as well.

Please add in ImportAccountsJson, as mentioned in the same document.

Mean while we will get the document updated.

The SFTP Directory looks correct but for Saviynt path it looks correct as well.

But if the Saviynt path is not working, please get the right path for your environment from Support team and you can raise Freshdesk ticket for same.
