Need help Disable Account use case

We would like to create remove access tasks for all the entitlement if user has a disable account task or when user is getting disabled. 

How can we achieve this?

You can use userupdaterule and trigger the remove all access. 

OR 
User analytics and trigger remove access task for all disabled users.
