Need clarification on statement of Audit Trail for Object Type Accounts

Under the Audit Trail for the ObjectType Acoount we are able to view certain statements like  K***** updated username A****** for account A**************. We want to know what does this statement imply. We need this information for Audit purpose. We need this information for Audit purpose.

Hi @Debankita 

This usually means that someone updated the account to user association for this account from the Account profile UI.
