Need Binding variables for Add/Remove Roles in email template

Hi Team,
We would like to now how this can be achieved :
If the user requests the groups from ARS , Approver don't know whether add or removal of role in the body of the e-mail and request details are not understandable.

For example in the below screenshot it is addition of DS Designer permission and removal of current permission level i.e DocuSign Viewer but from the below screenshot it is not very clear whether it is addition or removal of the role. Which is very difficult to the approver to know whether they are adding the roles/removing the roles.

is there any binding variable which will fetch the data like these are add or remove? or make this understandable ??

Hi @AravindK ,

Thanks for reaching out.

There are no separate binding variables available for entitlements that are added or removed in the same request.

What you can use for now is the below three variables which will be based on the comments of the requestor.

Entitlements - ${entitlementshtmltablerows}

Entitlements along with the approval comments - ${entitlementshtmltablerowsv2}

Entitlements along with the business justification specified by the requestor - ${entitlementshtmltablerowsv3}

In the above variables, you can make use of the third variable where in the requestor while removing the entitlement can add business justification as 'REMOVED'. Similarly the requestor can add business justification while adding the entitlement as 'ADDED'.

This is one way of doing it.
