Need analytics query to fetch Uploaded Attachment in existing Request

Hi All,

As per the below document we can read blob data using analytics.

Creating a report or control to retrieve the data column in the BLOB data format (saviyntcloud.com)

Can someone please help me with the analytics query to fetch the attached file in the request which is stored under fileattached column in arsrequest_attachments table.

Its only supported for user’s history table

I don’t understand purpose also to show on report . If needed this should be visible under file directory as read only ( you can submit idea enhancements for same)

Hi Rushikesh,

We have updateRequest API that we can use to attach the file in the existing request.

But we need API or analytics that we can use to view that file.
