Multi language script is not accepting in email template subject

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to send multi language email template from Saviynt based on users preferred language but multi language script is not accepting in email template subject, it is throwing an error as per below screenshot.

Could you please let me know the feasibility in Saviynt for multi-language email subject.

Hi @yogarajk ,

Multi Language script is supported in email templates.

Looks like you are facing an issue with the content entered in the template which matches syntax/resembles script code.

Please raise a support ticket in order to get this checked.
