Mitigating Control issue

I am unable to set the mitigating control on the Saviynt portal.

Please look at the screenshot below.

Hi @SayaliKamble can you please check what is your mitigation control expiry date?

Make sure it should be greater than to date

@SayaliKamble Risk maximum date range should not be greater than the respective Mitigation control expiry date.

  • As per error you have selected To Date greater than end date.
  • For example TO Date = 1 Sep and End date = 30 Aug 
  • Please adjust dates accordingly to fix issue

I have one query how do I close 
open, In Process, Risk Accepted Requests in SOD Violations

  • Once risk has been mitigated it will be closed
