Migration of V1 Analytic Controls to v2 needs to be supported with Flat Job Control Panel

Feature enhancement request

With EIC, it is recommended that all analytic controls be migrated to V2.

But the Upgrade Job is not supported with the newer UI of Job Control Panel i.e. the Flat Job Control Panel.

This is a feature enhancement request to support control migration with the newer UI, since it is inconvenient to keep switching between UIs just for migration.
