Need to upgrade/migrate SC 2.0 to supported version of Linux

We need to move our SC 2.0 clients from unsupported CentOS to Redhat. Is there a process to non-disruptively move to completely new servers?

Should we be deploying our own, or asking for the VHD?

I did open a ticket with Saviynt.  They closed it within 30 minutes telling me to come to the forum.  Is there a better way?
