managerAccount.accountID binding variable in case of multiple AD systems

Hi team,

We have a requirement to provision to AD the manager's DN stored in Account ID attribute. We are using the managerAccount.accountID binding variable but if there are multiple AD systems where the manager's account is provisioned, please confirm if the account whose endpoint is mapped to the connection will be picked up only.

Like if there are two AD systems A and B where the manager is having account, and we are using the account ID varible in connection of A system, it will pickup the accountID of A itself?

Thanks.

Hi @sdey_2023 ,

Yes it will picked accountID from the manager's account present on the same endpoint on which you are provisioning the account to user/subordinate.

In your case, If you are provisioning account on system A and using managerAccount.accountID then it will picked accountID of manager's account on system A.
