Multiple remove access task getting created for same operation

Hi Team,

We created one campaign for an entitlement, performed the revoke action on an account and remove access task got generated as expected. But here we did not run the provisioning job after this step to complete the created task.

And again, we created one more campaign for the same entitlement and taken the revoke action on the same account and found that again a new remove access task has been created for the same operation even though the previous task is present in the pending task list.

Is this a correct behavior? please suggest on this.

Yes, ideally it’s correct behaviour, until and unless entitlement is preset in account that will get picked up for certification.

If you want to skip such entitlements from picking up from campaign again, you can use entitlement query using arstasks table under advanced config
