Login timeout

I want to extend the session time after users log in.
Hi Team,

I changed the value of "Http Session Time Out In Minute (s)" from Global Configurations and rebooted, but the issue remains the same.

Looking at the Forum, it says that you can change the value of <Session Time Out> in xml, but there is no file to configure them in the new version.
*Our EIC version is v2022.0

How can I change Session Time in the current version?

HI @JPMac can you confirm is SSO enabled or you are using Saviynt's native login?

Hi @Rishi we are using Saviynt's native login.

Can you restart the application after changing the Http Session Time Out and then test again?

I have already set up Application Restart.
By the way, I can't access "https :// <tenant.domain> .saviyntcloud.com/ECM/WEB-INF/web.xml," so where in the EIC settings can I edit it?

@JPMac the timeout option updating WEB-INF/web.xml was valid for v5.5.x versions. You are on EIC version which does not support web.xml file.

To narrow down the issue - can you try by setting a small value like 2 minutes for Http Session Time Out, restart application, login and test by keeping the application idle for 2 minutes ? Check if session gets expired if its idle?
