Local Saviynt user with SSO enabled environment

Hello All,

I am looking for a simple local user creation in Saviynt(v24.7) with SSO enabled environment. It seems after 23.7, the only option I have is to go with dynamic attribute approach which is described in below forum link(see the last post). Creation for dynamic attributes seems lengthy process for just one local user creation. I have already tried Saviynt APIs and enhanced queries but those does not work for local user creation. Is there any better and simple option available to create a user in Saviynt?
