Limit Admin: SAV roles Feature Access

Hi Team,

Currently, SAV Role with Admin: SAV roles Feature Access can see and manage every available SAV Roles.

Is there a way to limit the number of viewable and manageable SAV Roles similar to the way only the Owner of a User group can modify it?
