Issue with updating SAP Parameters

Hi,

We have an issue where when we try to create an SAP Account, we are able to populate SAP Paramaters but the issue is when we try to update an sap account with the new paramaters.

There's a limitation with the SAP connector currently.

Do we have a workaround for it?

I got it like we have to create entitlements.

Now, if we the paramater in the below format:

"WRK":"${user.customproperty11 != null?user.customproperty11.substring(4):''}###Site",

How to pass the above value using entitlement and entitleement type?

• You dont need to pass in json 
• assign using entitlement

If I am passing the paramters using create account json under paramter1

So the entitlementtype has to be paramter1?

Also for the JSON:

"WRK":"100###Site",

What should be the entitlement value for the above line which we are passing in the create json.

• Access - WRK

It is working.

Now we have to pass two parameters with the same value like:

Now, Saviynt is not letting me create two entitlements. It is overwriting the other.

Do you know anything we can do on this?
