Hi Team,
We are launching the Role Owner campaign, and when we update the owners to Rank 1 and Rank 2, the campaign is not launching as expected. However, when we set the owners as Primary Certifier and Secondary Certifier, the campaign goes to "In Progress." Is this the expected behavior for the Role Owner, or can we update the owners to Rank 1 and Rank 2?
Could you please confirm this? For other campaign types, we are able to update entitlements to Rank 1 and Rank 2 as the owners and campaign launching as expected.
