Issue with the Dynamic attribute

Hi Team,

We are experiencing an issue with the dynamic attribute we updated in ev.customproperty5. Initially, it was set to "Production Metasys," but we have since replaced it with "Production Info." While "Production Info" is now visible in the ARS under Access Type when requesting access, "Production Metasys" still appears, even though we no longer have any entitlements associated with it.

We tested this in a lower environment, and "Production Metasys" was not visible after the update. We also performed a restart in PROD, but it remains visible. Could you please advise us on what steps we should take in this situation?

• try submitting new request and validate

The old value is still appearing when the user attempts to make a new request. The client requires that this old value not be displayed, as there are no entitlements associated with it, in order to avoid confusion. The new value is functioning as expected.

Does query shows value when ran from data analyzer ? It seems one of the entitlements cp5 is still there

I checked the data analyzer earlier and I didn't find any entitlements. it says, "No Data."

Remove last and condition from data analyzer and share result and also share logs in text file when ARS Form is loaded

Extremely sorry, we have 1 entitlement with Inactive status, is that is the reason its showing in Access type.
