Issue with Saviynt for Saviynt Connector

Hey Folks,

Currently we are on v23.12

So we have an Saviynt for Saviynt Connector and we are using user import xml to update username and customproperty values of users, reconcile field I am using is userkey to make changes,

However when we are running the import it throws error - Not Importing user -

either username attribute not found or if vendor is there then user doesn't have access to import the vendor

I have tested same xml in V5.5 it works fine there.

Any suggestions, is it because of the reconcile field i am using?

issue was resolved after using another reconcile property, seems in eic userkey cant be used as reconcile property
