Issue while trying to upload multiple service owners

Hello,

We're trying to upload multiple service accounts to IGL through csv file. The format of the file is as follow:

Account Type	USER NAME	ACCOUNT NAME	ENDPOINT	STATUS	OWNER TYPE	OWNER USER	OWNER RANK	OPERATION	ROLE	CustomProperty48
Service Account	6152299	QANZAGENT	GMAX	Active	User	6152299	1	Add	SYSOPR	Service Account Campaign

But when we're doing this, the accounts aren't being updated with the owners. Can someone tell me what the issue is?

Please select security system after clicking on upload accounts

Hey Rushikesh,

Tried the file you attached, but it's still not updating in the accounts. Do you have any other file format to input values in?

can you share logs ?

are you selecting proper column while previewing ?

does owner get added manually ?
