Import Entitlement Owner as Primary Certifier from Active Directory

We are looking to import Entitlement Owner as Rank Primary Certifier, as currently when we import entitlement owners it by default came as Rank1 in Saviynt. I am looking if we can have flexibility to bring entitlement owner in multiple ranks

Only rank 1 is supported from connector

Hello @RG14 ,

If you want to import multiple rank import then :

1. You can do that using CSV upload. This is a manual way.
2. You can save the owners with the rank in the custom properties of entitlement then you can use the Saviynt DB import connection[ENTITLEMENTVALUEIMPORT xml], use a query to select the ranks along with owners to re-import. This should resolve your issue in automatic way.
