Is it possible for Saviynt to create three task as mentioned in the UUR when condition satisfies

Hi Everyone,

We are trying to achieve creation of three task as mentioned in User update rule when condition of rule satisfies.

We are expecting that Saviynt should create Disable account, Remove access and Remove role tasks.

But we are not getting the expected output. Only one condition is working at a time either 

Deprovision Access >> Disable Account and Access [This is creating Disable Account and Access tasks]

Deprovision Role [This is creating remove access]

Three task at the same time are not getting created as per the rule.

So is this a limitation of Saviynt or something else.

Hi Mohd_Faisal,

Deprovision Access  action is automatically launching a remove Account (which will delete the account) so you can't disable an account that will be deleted : 

if you want to launch account disabling and access && Role removal i suggest to select Access only and then add a disable account action like below :

Since you are disabling account as well as trying to remove account access in same rule. split rule into 2 different rules
